Leo Liu (On the right of the photo) is the President of Citslinc International, Inc. and Vice President of Inland Empire International Business Association.

Leo Liu has a Membership in quite a few chambers of commerce in the following cities: Aliso Viejo, Chino, Chino Hills, Claremont, Corona, Costa Mesa, Laguna Hills, Lake Forest, Mission Viejo, Montclair, Monterey Park, Newport Beach, Newport Coast, Ontario, Rancho Cucamonga, Rancho Santa Margarrita, Riverside and Upland.

Education:
Graduated from Qufu Normal University, China with Degree of English & American Literature in 1982. Visiting Scholar to California State Poly-Technic University Pomona from 1993-1995 in School of Hotel & Travel Business.

Business:
Leo Liu set up Citslinc International, Inc. in America on June 13, 1995 but he picked up the profession of international business promotion as early as 1982. This was a result of his service in business conferences, shows, training and tour especially between America and China.

In 2001, Leo Liu led the First Inland Empire Chambers Delegation with 234 business leaders and elected officials from the Inland Empire Area to visit four major Chinese industrial cities. In January, he also led an educational group from Chino Valley Unified School District to China in July. He also led the Second Inland Empire Chambers Delegation with 120 business leaders to China in November and will lead the Third Inland Empire Chambers Delegation with 300 business leaders to China again in March 2002.
