by Mr.
Charles Winburn, the Second Secretary of Commercial Service, the
U.S. Embassy
to Beijing.
11/12 Beijing: Business Talk between Mr. Ronald Birchard,
Vice President and
General Manager of Kinsley Co. of the Delegation and Mr. Charles
Winburn with
potential Chinese customers on library equipment sales.
11/13 Suzhou: Government banquet to the heads of the
Delegation by Mr. Wang
Guoxing, Vice Mayor of Suzhou Municipal People's Government. Visit
to Suzhou
Silk Institute.
11/14 Hangzhou: Government banquet to the Delegation
by Mr. Zhang Mingguang,
Vice President of Hangzhou Municipal People's Congress. In addition,
a late
evening business talk between the Delegation and another major business
city
Ningbo Municipal Economic & Technological Development Zone.
11/15 Hangzhou: Visit to Hangzhou Municipal Economic
& Technological
Development Zone.
11/16 Shanghai: Visit to the Commercial Service of
the U.S. Consulate to
Shanghai. Mr. Leo Liu, Board Member of Inland Empire International
Business
Association made a presentation about IEIBA and the two way business
exchanges between America and China sponsored by IEIBA and Citslinc
International, Inc.. Ms. Christie Ho, Commercial Representative
suggested
that IEIBA might make a formal presentation to Mr. Scott Shaw, Director
of
the U.S. Commercial Center to Shanghai and set up an office at the
same
complex.
Mr. Ronald Birchard, Vice President of Kinsley Co. also talked with
Ms.
Christie Ho and talked with the Chinese counterpart later in the
afternoon.
